Want to change your subscription plan? Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your BrightAssist account.
- Go to Account Settings: Click your profile icon and select “Billing & Subscription.”
- Select Change Plan: Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
- Review Plan Details: Check pricing, features, and billing changes before confirming.
- Confirm Your Selection: Click “Change Plan” to apply.
- Receive Confirmation Email: We’ll send you a summary of your updated plan.
Keep in mind that upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. For any questions, contact Billing Support.
