Here’s what you need to know about your BrightAssist billing cycle:
- Billing Frequency: Your plan is billed monthly or annually, based on your subscription.
- Invoice Generation: An invoice will be emailed to you at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
- Prorated Charges: If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, your bill will be adjusted accordingly.
- View Billing History: Log in and go to “Billing” under account settings to see past payments.
