Managing Your Profile and Preferences

Learn how to update your profile information, notification settings, and personalize your BrightAssist experience.

Keeping your profile up to date helps us serve you better. Here’s how to manage your profile settings:

1. Log in to BrightAssist.
2. Go to Your Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Settings.”
3. Update Personal Information: Change your name, email, or phone number.
4. Manage Notifications: Choose how you'd like to receive alerts—email, SMS, or in-app.
5. Set Preferences: Adjust language, timezone, and privacy options to suit your needs.
6. Save Changes: Don’t forget to click “Save” to apply updates.
