- Main Menu: Located on the left side; use it to switch between Tickets, Chats, Reports, and Settings.
- Ticket List: Displays new and open support tickets with priority indicators.
- Chat Window: View ongoing chat conversations with customers.
- Search Bar: Quickly find tickets, customers, or articles by typing keywords.
- Notifications: Alerts about new tickets, completed tasks, or system updates.
- User Profile: Access your profile, preferences, and logout button at the top-right corner.
